To claim any defect, damage, or missing item, a clear, untampered parcel opening video is mandatory.
- 🎥 The video must start before opening the package.
- 🎥 Show the entire unboxing in one continuous, unedited shot.

❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable.
🔄 Return Eligibility
Returns are not accepted except in the following rare cases:
- Wrong item received.
- Verified manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Color or style mismatch.
- Sizing issues.
- Cosmetic damage due to transit.
✅ To Request a Return
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide:
- A clear, unedited parcel opening video.
- Photographs of the defect/damage.
- Order details (Order ID, date, etc.).
- All return approvals are at our sole discretion after verification.
